Hila joined Cedar in 2012 as an inhouse Counsel.  

Prior to joining Cedar, Ms. Leibovitz practiced law for five years at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, one of Israel leading law firm, as a member of the firm's High-Tech Group, Corporate Department. As a member of the firm's High-Tech Group, Ms. Leibovitz's practice included providing ongoing corporate counseling to startups and mature technology companies on a broad range of their commercial and corporate activities, as well as advising on transactions, mergers and acquisitions. 

Ms. Leibovitz holds both LL.B. and LL.M. from Bar Ilan University and is a member of the Israel Bar Association.
