Mr. Ron-Ruhama joined Cedar in 2010 and serves as the CFO.

Prior to joining Cedar, Mr. Ron-Ruhama was the CFO of Metalink Ltd., (NASDAQ: MTLK) a high-tech provider of chipset solutions for the telecommunication and consumer electronics industries. At Metalink he headed the finance and legal departments.

Before that, Mr. Ron-Ruhama interned in Weksler, Bregman& Co Law office, and worked for several years as a CPA for KPMG Israel.

Mr. Ron-Ruhama is certified in Israel as both attorney and CPA, and holds an MBA.
