Hila Hubsch

Ms. Hila Hubsch joined Cedar in 2007 as Corporate Counsel. 

Prior to joining Cedar, Hila was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of RiT Technologies Ltd., a member of the RAD BYNET Group (NASDAQ: RITT) a provider of intelligent solutions for infrastructure management, asset management and network utilization. Before that, she was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of On Track Innovations Ltd. (NASDAQ: OTIV) a provider of secure contactless microprocessor-based smart card technology. Before that she was the Corporate Secretary of Rotem Amfert Negev Ltd., a subsidiary of ICL.

Ms. Hubsch has an L.L.B. from the Tel Aviv University, is a member of the Israeli Bar and has an M.B.A. from Bradford University in Israel.
