Cedar Fund is making investments from our new 2008 fund, and is pleased to review proposals for potential new investments. Lengthy and detailed business plans are not necessary and concise materials are often most effective. We prefer that you send us a 3-5 page executive summary that should address the following: 

• A brief history of your company
• A description of the product, its value proposition for a target market
• A brief competitive view of the market
• Summarized biographies for the company's principals
• Summary of projections

Before sending us materials, we recommend that entrepreneurs review our Web site to understand our focus areas, investment considerations and evaluation process, as well as who our portfolio companies are.
